Today, Saturday, September 5, 2026, I attended the mega-event "Grüezi-Schwiiz" in Aarau

The date had been set for quite some time, and today was finally the day. Before heading to the event, I wanted to log a few caches in the area. After a 15 kilometer walk, I arrived at the Aarau Riding Hall. I was looking forward to meeting both familiar and new geocachers. There was plenty to do in the festival hall, and the fun labs were a highlight. The maze—the only one of its kind in Switzerland - was also a lot of fun, and I was able to refresh my knowledge about this great hobby and, in some cases, reminisce about old times. It always made me happy to hear how popular my CacheToolBox is. After the great event, I had a long walk back to the car. It was a fantastic day that I won’t forget anytime soon.
